Year and 1-8 names can be customized on the tree as you wish and we simply add a few snowflakes and stars to complete the tree! Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
